Really efficient, knowledgeable and friendly.
Due to a series of unfortunate events I needed a cab promptly. The call handler made it clear that there was a cab in my area and that he could "send one to me". This was a blatant lie. This blaggard will lie to exploit any misfortune you may have. He claimed to not have a working card reader and inflated the price of the journey with a trip to the cash point. As other reviews have stated this is a one man one cab operation. This guy charges whatever he can get away with, 20 for a maximum 7 journey round the corner. I am in no doubt that he would also not take you the quickest route if you were none the wiser. No business address and only a mobile number. Nice try with the picture of your car by the station. Oh and the fake reviews. He had the most unsavoury breath and thinly veiled charm. Avoid!

We booked though the website for a return cab from the hotel we were staying at, to a friends wedding. Our driver was on time, polite and professional. He gave me an estimated fare on the phone which was spot on. If I ever find myself in Sittingbourne again and in need of a taxi, I will definitely use these guys. Highly recommended!
I used this service for the first time for a long haul journey to Bedford.The driver was very attentive to my needs as I have limited mobility. He made sure I was comfortable before we set off, bought me water for the journey and offered to stop at service stations if I needed it.Great conversation too.100% would you this service again.
